- a fully-equipped kitchen-dining room (2 large fridges and freezers, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, etc.), opening onto a covered terrace with table and chairs,
- an entrance hall with cloakroom and separate toilet,
- a cellar with ice-maker and storage space,
- and a bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed, overlooking the garden, en suite with dressing room and shower room (basin, walk-in shower and wc),

Information and conditions for your holiday rental in Eygalières
- Tourist tax daily per adult: €5.18
- Rental of Saturday to Saturdaywith arrival from 4pm and departure before 10am.
- House non-smoking.
- Sheets and towels supplied once a week.
- Each change of sheet will be billed at €35
- Empty bin : 100 €
- Security deposit to be paid before arrival: €3,000
- The price includes Pool heating from 1 May to 1 October
- Outside these periods heating would be invoiced at €700 the week
- No pets allowed
